Limiting the Number of Emails Sent by Free Users

If some free users misuse the service for malicious purposes—such as sending spam-like emails—it may lower the reputation of the sending domain (noreply@kuroco-mail.app) and potentially affect email delivery for other users.

To prevent such risks, we have decided to introduce a sending limit of approximately 100 emails per hour for free users (users who have not registered payment information).

We appreciate your understanding as this measure is intended to maintain a safer and more stable email delivery environment.

Customers who have registered a credit card under “Billing Information” or whose payment method is set to “Invoice issued by Diverta” may continue to use the service without any restrictions.
If you are using your own SendGrid API key and sending emails from a custom domain address, your email delivery will not be affected by the reputation of noreply@kuroco-mail.app.
