Contracts for Related Services

While the use of Kuroco is fully completed through the online application screen, if you wish to request paid support or priority implementation, a separate contract with our company is required.
The following provides guidance regarding this process.

1. If you wish to pay the Kuroco usage fee by invoice

The standard method for paying the Kuroco usage fee is by credit card, but we also support invoicing for Japanese corporations. If you wish to pay by invoice, you need to submit a dedicated application form. Please contact your representative if you wish to do so.

2. If you wish to use the fixed-rate plan for Kuroco usage fee

While the Kuroco usage fee is generally based on usage, we can propose a fixed-rate plan after understanding your company's usage methods. Your representative will create a quotation and purchase order form.

If you agree with the contents of the quotation and purchase order, please submit the purchase order.

3. If you wish to request a paid support (Plans that do not require a quotation)

If you wish to receive Technical Support, Standard Support, or Operational Support, you are required to submit a Support Application Form.
Please contact your account representative if you would like to proceed.

• If you are requesting Premium Support or similar services that require a separate quotation and purchase order form, the Support Application Form is not necessary.*

4. If you wish to request a paid support (Plans that require a quotation)

If you wish to receive premium support (including development or build work plans), priority implementation requests, or other support that requires a quotation, your representative will prepare a quotation and purchase order form after reviewing your requirements. If you agree, we will ask for the submission of the purchase order.

Additionally, agreement to the following contracts is required:

• Basic Contract for Development Outsourcing
• Individual Contract for Outsourcing (depending on the order)

5. If you wish to enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

If you are considering entering into a confidentiality agreement using our template, please check the following:

If acceptable, an electronic contract can be made directly. If adjustments are needed, please contact your representative.

6. Contract Method

If you wish to conclude the contract using your company's template, please share your company's template with the contact person. After confirming the content on our end, we will proceed with the electronic contract if there are no issues.

We adopt electronic contracts using Bengo4.com, Inc.'s " CloudSign ".

If you can use CloudSign, please contact the contact person with the following information of your company's approver:

• Department/Position
• Name
• Email address

If you use an electronic contract service other than CloudSign, we kindly ask for the contract document to be sent from your company. Please inform the contact person of the name of the electronic contract service you use and how to use it.

If you are unable to use an electronic contract service, please contact the contact person to that effect.
