AI

The AI function can be enabled with AI such as OpenAI.

Checking AI

Click [External System Integration] -> [AI].

Description of AI Items

AI

Item	Description
OpenAI	Check this box to enable the API that generates responses using AI.
Send private contents	Check this box if you want to allow the AI to use private content.
API key	If you're using your own OpenAI account, enter your API key here.

AI models

By clicking [AI models], you can check the available models and their reference prices for both Embedding models and Completions models.

Batch process

If there is a content definition with [Convert to vector data] enabled, you can check the batch processing results for vectorization.

Item	Description
Embedding Model	Displays the embedding model used.
Status	Displays the status of the batch processing.
Module Type	Displays the module that was vectorized.
Language	Displays the language of the vectorized content.
Characters	Displays the character count of the vectorized content.
Count	Displays the number of vectorized content cases. Clicking the link allows you to view a list of the vectorized content.
Update	Checking the checkbox at the left end of the table and clicking this button will re-execute the batch processing for vectorization.
