Tag category

The tag category list screen allows you to access, add to, and update the list of tag categories you have created.

Accessing the screen

In the left sidebar menu, click [Content] -> [Tag].

Click on the word [Tag] above the title "Tag list" and select [Category settings] in the dropdown menu options.

Item descriptions

Item	Description
Download	Downloads the tag category data.
ID	Unique ID of the tag category (automatically generated).
Category name	Name of the category. Clicking a name redirects to the tag category editor screen.
Updated on	Date and time of the last update to the category.
Sort	Sets the sort number of the category. After entering the numbers, click [Re-order] to sort the entries in descending numerical order.

Batch actions

You can perform the following batch actions by selecting multiple tag categories using the checkboxes in the left-most column.

Item	Description
Delete	Deletes the selected tag categories.
Update sorting	Re-sorts all entries in descending order based on sort number.

Download

Click the Download button and open the download settings modal.

Field	Description
Number of CSV row(s)	The number of data to be downloaded.
Charset	Selects the character encoding for the download.
Cancel	Closes the download settings modal.
Download CSV	Download a list of members based on the above settings.

Tag category editor

Accessing the screen

In the left sidebar menu, click [Content] -> [Tag].

On the tag list screen, click the [Tag] dropdown menu above the title and select [Category settings].

From the tag category list, click the name of the category that you want to edit.

Item descriptions

Item	Description
Category name	Name of the tag category.
Parent category	Parent category of the current category.
Target	You can limit the functionality of displaying tags with set categories. If the content definition ID is left empty, all content will be targeted. The configuration is inherited by the subcategories.
Sort	Sets the sort number of the category in the tag category list.
Edit restriction	Enables editing restrictions on the current category. Default is "Unrestricted". If "Restricted" is selected, you must indicate the group(s) allowed to edit the category.
Update	Applies any changes made in this editor.
Delete	Deletes the current tag category.
