Workflow tags

The workflow tags screen allows you to view, add, and update tags for workflows. You can configure published tags when using the workflows.

Accessing the screen

In the left sidebar menu, click [Operation] -> [Workflow].

On the workflow list screen, click the [Workflow] link above the page title and select [Workflow tags] in the dropdown menu.

Item descriptions

Item	Description
Search	Filter the workflow tags by publishing status and keyword.
Published	Publishing status of the workflow. : Published : Unpublished
Title	Name or title of the workflow
Updated on	Date and time the workflow was last updated.
Sort	Sort number of the workflow. After entering the numbers, click [Re-order] to sort the entries in descending numerical order.

Batch actions

You can perform the following batch actions by selecting multiple workflow tags using the checkboxes in the left-most column.

Button	Description
Publish	Publishes all selected workflow tags.
Unpublish	Retracts any selected workflow tags that are published.
Delete	Deletes all selected workflow tags.
Re-order	Click to sort all workflow tags in descending order by sort number.

Accessing the screen

In the left sidebar menu, click [Operation] -> [Workflow].

On the workflow list screen, click the [Workflow] link above the page title and select [Workflow tags] in the dropdown menu.

On the workflow tag list screen, click the title of the workflow you want to edit.

Field descriptions

Field	Description
Tag	Name of the workflow tag.
Sort	Sort number of the tag.
Memo	Enter any memo or comment about the tag here.
Publish settings	Specify the publishing status and duration of the tag.

Actions

Button	Description
Update	Applies the changes made to the current workflow tag.
Delete	Deletes the current workflow tag.
Update comment	Enter any memo or comment about the changes you made here.
