Answers
The inquiry answers screen allows to you to view and reply to the list of inquiries sent via the inquiry form.
Answers list
Accessing the screen
In the left sidebar menu, click [Campaign] -> [Form].
Click the title of the form you want to look at.
Click the [Submissions] tab.
Search
You can narrow down the list of answers by using simple keyword filtering or by performing a detailed search.
Search by Keyword
Enter the search keyword in the text box. This will narrow down the submissions that contain the keyword in either the Name, Sender e-mail address, or Body of the message.
Advanced search
Click the [Advanced search] button to input advanced filter conditions.
Item | Description |
---|---|
Items per page | Specify the number of items to be displayed per page. |
Filter conditions | Specify the search condition(s) and matching inquiries. |
Sort | Configure the display order of the search results. |
Downloading
You can download a list of submissions. First of all, narrow down the answers you want to download using the search function, then click on the "[Download]" button.
The download settings will open, and you will be able to download the file using multiple methods.
Item | Description |
---|---|
Number of CSV row(s) | The number of data to be downloaded. |
Charset | Character encoding for the download. |
Select the output column(s) | Click [Select the output column(s).] to select the columns to be displayed in the downloaded file. |
Cancel | Closes the download settings modal. |
Download CSV | Downloads the sumissions date in CSV format. |
Download files | Downloads the sumissions date in a ZIP file. |
Generate download link for CSV | Batch processes the download. Use this option for downloading a large number of items. When the batch processing is finished, click the generated download link to download files. |
Submissions list
Item | Description |
---|---|
No. | Unique number of the inquiry (automatically generated). |
Status | Status of the inquiry. You can configure the status on the basic settings page. |
Category | Category of the inquiry. |
Admin's memo | The memo which entered on the inquiry details page |
Received date | Date and time the inquiry was received |
Name | Name of the sender (if included in the inquiry form). |
Updated on | Date and time of last update to the inquiry. |
Display item settings
Click the settings icon [⚙️] in the upper right corner of the screen to open the display item settings dialog. This allows you to add items (columns) displayed on this screen.
Item | Description |
---|---|
Display items | You can change the display position of items by dragging and dropping. |
Add item | Select additional items to display from a list. |
Cancel | Cancel the setting change. |
Apply | Apply the setting changes. |
Batch processing
You can perform the following batch actions by selecting multiple inquiries using the checkboxes in the left-most column.

Delete | Delete the selected inquiries. |

Accessing the screen
In the left sidebar menu, click [Campaign] -> [Form].
Click the title of the form you want to look at.
Click the [Submissions] tab.
Click the number of the inquiry you want to look at.

Message type : Outgoing mail
Message type : Incoming mail
Item | Description |

No. | Unique number of the inquiry (automatically generated). |
Received date | Date and time the inquiry was received. |
Sent date and time | Date and time the inquiry was sent. This item is displayed when the message type is "Outcoming". |
Message type | Way in which the inquiry was received. |
User-Agent | Browser and OS details of the inquiry sender. This item is displayed when the message type is "Incoming". |
IP Address | IP address of the inquiry sender. This item is displayed when the message type is "Incoming". |
Title | Title of the anser. This item is displayed when the message type is "Incoming". |
Name | Name of the sender (if included in the inquiry form). |
Sender e-mail address | E-mail address of the sender (if included in the inquiry form). |
Body | Main body of the inquiry. |
Category / Subject | Category and subject of the inquiry. |
Admin's memo | You can leave a comment regarding the inquiry here. |
Status | Status of the inquiry. You can set the status on the basic setting page. |
Response date | Sets the date you responded to the inquiry. |
Move the answers | Moves this inquiry to the specified position number. |
Items set in the basic settings tab are displayed are also displayed here.
Actions

Update | Save the inquiry content. |
Delete | Delete the current inquiry. |
Replying to the inquiry
Item | Description |
---|---|
Send to | E-mail address you want to send the response to. The e-mail address of the inquiry's sender is entered by default. |
Subject | Subject line of the response. The inquiry no. is entered by default. |
Template | Inserts an existing response template. |
Message | Quotes a selected part of the inquiry. |
Body | Body of your response message. |
Status after sending | Enables status updates after the response is sent. |
Send message | Click to send your response. |

Sent date | Date the message was sent. |
Sender name | Name of the message sender. |
Sender e-mail address | E-mail address of the message sender. |
Subject | Subject line of the message. |

Accessing the screen
In the left sidebar menu, click [Campaign] -> [Form].
Click the title of the form you want to look at.
Click the [Submissions] tab.
Click the [Upload] tab.
Item descriptions
Item | Description |
---|---|
File settings | Click [Choose File] and select the CSV file you want to upload. You can download a sample file on the inquiry editor page. |
Upload | Update the contents with the uploaded CSV file. |
