Answers

The inquiry answers screen allows to you to view and reply to the list of inquiries sent via the inquiry form.

Accessing the screen

In the left sidebar menu, click [Campaign] -> [Form].

Click the title of the form you want to look at.

Click the [Submissions] tab.

You can narrow down the list of answers by using simple keyword filtering or by performing a detailed search.

Search by Keyword

Enter the search keyword in the text box. This will narrow down the submissions that contain the keyword in either the Name, Sender e-mail address, or Body of the message.

Click the [Advanced search] button to input advanced filter conditions.

ItemDescription
Items per pageSpecify the number of items to be displayed per page.
Filter conditionsSpecify the search condition(s) and matching inquiries.
SortConfigure the display order of the search results.

Downloading

You can download a list of submissions. First of all, narrow down the answers you want to download using the search function, then click on the "[Download]" button.

The download settings will open, and you will be able to download the file using multiple methods.

ItemDescription
 Number of CSV row(s)  The number of data to be downloaded. 
CharsetCharacter encoding for the download.
Select the output column(s)Click [Select the output column(s).] to select the columns to be displayed in the downloaded file.
CancelCloses the download settings modal.
Download CSVDownloads the sumissions date in CSV format.
Download filesDownloads the sumissions date in a ZIP file.
Generate download link for CSVBatch processes the download. Use this option for downloading a large number of items. When the batch processing is finished, click the generated download link to download files.

No.Unique number of the inquiry (automatically generated).
StatusStatus of the inquiry.
You can configure the status on the basic settings page.
CategoryCategory of the inquiry.
Admin's memoThe memo which entered on the inquiry details page
Received dateDate and time the inquiry was received
NameName of the sender (if included in the inquiry form).
Updated onDate and time of last update to the inquiry.

Display item settings

Click the settings icon [⚙️] in the upper right corner of the screen to open the display item settings dialog. This allows you to add items (columns) displayed on this screen.

ItemDescription
Display itemsYou can change the display position of items by dragging and dropping.
Add itemSelect additional items to display from a list.
CancelCancel the setting change.
ApplyApply the setting changes.

You can perform the following batch actions by selecting multiple inquiries using the checkboxes in the left-most column.

DeleteDelete the selected inquiries.

Message type : Outgoing mail

No.Unique number of the inquiry (automatically generated).
Received dateDate and time the inquiry was received.
Sent date and timeDate and time the inquiry was sent. This item is displayed when the message type is "Outcoming".
Message typeWay in which the inquiry was received. 
User-AgentBrowser and OS details of the inquiry sender. This item is displayed when the message type is "Incoming".
IP AddressIP address of the inquiry sender. This item is displayed when the message type is "Incoming".
TitleTitle of the anser. This item is displayed when the message type is "Incoming".
NameName of the sender (if included in the inquiry form).
Sender e-mail addressE-mail address of the sender (if included in the inquiry form).
BodyMain body of the inquiry.
Category / SubjectCategory and subject of the inquiry.
Admin's memoYou can leave a comment regarding the inquiry here.
StatusStatus of the inquiry.
You can set the status on the basic setting page.
Response dateSets the date you responded to the inquiry.
Move the answersMoves this inquiry to the specified position number.

Items set in the basic settings tab are displayed are also displayed here.

Actions

DeleteDelete the current inquiry.

Replying to the inquiry

ItemDescription
Send toE-mail address you want to send the response to.
The e-mail address of the inquiry's sender is entered by default.
SubjectSubject line of the response. The inquiry no. is entered by default.
TemplateInserts an existing response template.
MessageQuotes a selected part of the inquiry.
BodyBody of your response message.
Status after sendingEnables status updates after the response is sent.
Send messageClick to send your response.

File settingsClick [Choose File] and select the CSV file you want to upload. You can download a sample file on the inquiry editor page.
