Form editor - Basic settings

The [Basic settings] tab on the form editor screen allows you to edit the basic settings of the current form.

Accessing the screen.

In the left sidebar menu, click [Campaign] -> [Form].

On the form list screen, click the title of the form you want to edit.

ItemDescription
TitleForm title.
SortSort number (sorted in descending order).
DescriptionDescription displayed to the user on the form page.
Thank you messageMessage displayed after the form is submitted.
Tag for form submissionData output after the form is submitted. Set your conversion tracking tag parameters here.
Thank you e-mailOption to enable automated thank-you e-mail after the form is submitted. Selecting [Send] allows you to configure the message title and content.
Note: To receive automated replies, you must specify an admin e-mail address on the Account screen.
E-mail recipientsE-mail address for form submission notifications. Click [Add] to add multiple addresses.

  • Don't notify: Notifications off.
  • Notify: Notifications on.
  • Notify sending all the information: Include form contents in notifications.
    Setting a ZIP password encrypts the form contents and sends them as a compressed ZIP file. Recommended for personal data.
  • Title: Title of the notification e-mail. If unspecified, the form title will be displayed.
Notification e-mail can be edited in message template.
SenderAddress for replying to messages sent using the form. If this is empty, E-mail will be sent from Site e-mail address.
Status listList of notification statuses.
Do not store form data in the databaseEnable this option to erase all data from the database.
Status
  • Active: The form is currently used.
  • Pause: The form is inactive. No list or input fields will be displayed.
Automatic user registrationCheck this box and set the group to be assigned at registration, and users who have not been registered will be automatically registered when they submit the form.

UpdateApplies any changes made in this editor.
DeleteDeletes the current form form.

Changelog

Click the [More] in the upper right corner of the Form editor screen, then click [Basic settings changelog] to see a list of the history of editing the basic settings.

Item  Description  
VersionDisplays the version.
You can see the target version after clicking the version link.
Updated onDisplays the date and time the content was updated.
Updated byDisplays the name of the member who updated the content.
ActionDisplays the type of processing performed.
There are six types of statuses as follows
  • Create new
  • Update
  • Deleted
  • Request
  • Approved
  • Reject Approval
CommentDisplays the comments at the time of update.
ContentDisplays the updated contents.
