Notification basic settings

The notification basic settings screen allows you to configure the basic settings of a selected notification.

Accessing the screen

Existing notification

In the left sidebar menu, click [Campaign] -> [Notification].

Click on the title of the notification you want to edit.

New notification

In the left sidebar menu, click [Campaign] -> [Notification].

In the upper right corner of the notification list screen, click [Add].

The "Basic settings", "Sent messages", and "Subscribers" tabs are only displayed for existing notifications. They do not appear on the screen when you are creating a new notification.

ItemDescription
Notification nameTitle of the notification.
Notification informationOverview of the notification contents.
StatusIndicates if the notification is currently active.
ChannelType of alert that the notification sends.
E-mail addressSender e-mail address (the "from" address) and name.
  • Tracking: Tracks when a notification message has been opened by a recipient.
  • Open rate: Tracks the total open rate of the current notification.
SignatureThe signature displayed on the notification.
Notification when subscribingOption to notify users when they sign up for the notification.
Notification when unsubscribingOption to notify users when they unsubscribe.
Default destinationSelect one or more options in the field on the right and click [Set destination] to set it as a default destination.
Notification access restrictionIf you select [Restricted], specify the groups allowed to access the notification using the filter below.
E-mail sending restrictionIf you select [Restricted], specify the groups allowed to send notification e-mails using the filter below.

Other actions

New notification

UpdateSaves any changes made on this screen.
DeleteDeletes the current notification.
