I cannot print an image. What should I do?

If the image contains remaining metadata, it may not be printable. In such cases, load an image without metadata and try printing again.

Please note that metadata may or may not have been added depending on the equipment used to capture the image.

Removing metadata with Adobe PhotoShop

Procedure

  1. Open the image in Photoshop.
  2. Select [File] -> [Export] -> [Save for Web] from the menu.
  3. Select [None] for metadata and save the image.

Note

  • The exact procedure and method may differ from the above due to specification changes in PhotoShop.
  • For instructions with other image editing software, please search on Google or other search engines.
