I did not receive a thank-you (inquiry response) e-mail. What do I do?
If you did not receive the thank-you message after selecting "Send" in the "Thank you e-mail" field of the inquiry editor, please verify the three points below.
The e-mail is not in your spam folder
Check your junk mail or trash folder to ensure that the thank-you e-mail has been automatically sorted there.
You have configured the settings correctly
In the Inquiry - Basic settings tab, make sure the "Send" button is selected in the "Thank you e-mail" field.
You have entered the correct recipient address(es)
On the same screen, double check that you have entered the correct address(es) and selected "Notify" in the "E-mail recipients" field. You can set up multiple recipient e-mail addresses using the [Add] button.
