I want to update the information of the contractor/administrator. Please guide me through the process.

Please review the registered information in the following sections and update as necessary.

Member Information for member_id=1

In [Member Management]->[Member], the account creator is registered as member_id=1. Since the member with id=1 cannot be deleted, please update necessary information such as your name and email address.

Account Settings

In [Settings]->[Account Settings], the "Email Address," "Company Name," and "Name" entered during account creation are registered. These cannot be changed by the user, so if you wish to make changes, please contact Support.

In the case of transferring the account to a third party, we may request submission of a memorandum regarding succession of status.

Credit Card Information

In [Settings]->[Billing], credit card information for payments is registered. Click [Update] to make changes.

External System Integration

If you have services that are integrated with external systems, and you need to change the accounts for integration, please update the API keys or other relevant information from the respective settings screens.

Updating integration information such as API keys may result in the inability to access files associated with the old account.
