Can I import TLS certificates into front-end servers provided by Diverta?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept imported TLS certificates.
If your front-end server has been set up by Diverta, the TLS certificates must also be installed by us.

When using KurocoFront for the frontend server, TLS certificates are typically prepared by Diverta.
However, if you wish, it is possible to install your own certificates under the following conditions:

• You must provide us with a complete set of your certificates (certificate, intermediate certificate, and private key).
• You are responsible for managing the expiration of the certificates.
• There is an SSL configuration management fee of JPY 55,000 (tax included).

This fee is charged once per year for each configuration task, provided that you supply a certificate with a validity period of one year.
Certificate replacements required due to reasons on the part of the Certificate Authority are included in the above fee. However, if you provide a certificate with a shorter validity period, please note that the SSL configuration management fee will be charged again at the next renewal.

Even if you bring your own certificate, domain ownership verification is still required.
Therefore, you will need to configure the domain and DNS settings under [Environment] -> [Custom domain/Enable TLS certificate check].
