Can content registered in Kuroco be used from multiple sites?

Yes, it is possible.
For security reasons, Kuroco’s API only accepts requests from approved CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) origins.
Please go to the API page and register the request source domain in the CORS_ALLOW_ORIGINS setting to allow API access.

This is intended for scenarios where shared content is accessed from multiple sites, such as related or affiliated websites.
