What environments do you recommend for the admin panel?

The following are recommended environments for Kuroco's admin panel. These restrictions do not apply to the environment recommendations, applications, IoT, and other implementations on the front-end that use APIs. Verify this with your front-end developer.

PC users

We recommend using the latest version of one of the following browsers:

• Google Chrome
• Mozilla Firefox
• Microsoft Edge

Note: You may be able to use the software even without the above recommended environments. However, we cannot guarantee its operation.

Internet Explorer 11

Note: While the Kuroco site may work with Internet Explorer 11, it is not part of the recommended environment because official Microsoft support for major operating systems has already expired. For this reason, we do not perform in-house testing of the software operation, and we may not be able to provide technical assistance for some functions.

Smartphone and tablet users

You can use your smartphone or tablet to access the admin panel for PCs, but note that some functions may not work. The recommended front-end environment depends on the app you have built.

Mobile (feature phone) users

The admin panel is not intended for use with feature phones. The recommended front-end environment depends on the app you have built.
