Can I use the free usage limit for multiple sites or accounts?
How the free usage limit is applied
The free usage limit, free trials, credits, and other promotional benefits provided by Kuroco (hereinafter "free benefits") may be used for only one main site per user, unless otherwise specified by us.
Therefore, as a rule, the same user cannot create multiple sites or accounts and apply free benefits to each of them.
For corporations and other organizations, the "same user" is determined on a per-organization basis, regardless of account, user, contact person, or email address.
Accounts created within the same organization using a different contact person or email address are also treated as the same user.
With our approval, free benefits may be applied to multiple accounts or organizations.
Prohibited actions
The following actions are not permitted when done for the purpose of circumventing free benefits, fees, usage volume, or other limits, or of effectively exceeding them:
- Creating multiple accounts
- Using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or other information
- Using Kuroco through a third party
If we reasonably determine, based on account information, contracting entity, usage status, or other information lawfully obtained by us, that multiple accounts are effectively used by the same user or are intended to circumvent the limits described above, we may take the following measures:
- Refuse or revoke the application of free benefits
- Restrict or suspend the use of the relevant accounts
- Take other necessary measures
If you want to use multiple sites
If you want to use multiple sites, create sub-sites from the Site list. Usage fees for sub-sites are billed together with the main site.
If you want to use multiple main sites, for example to separate sites by project or to manage them with separate credit cards, create the site from the Free Trial page and then contact us through the Inquiry Form.
